Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat I train with my trainer
Mon-330 PM
Tue-330 PM
Fri-330 PM
Sat-8 AM
and I was wondering how can I change my diet fit in with this?

I wouldnt know...seeing as how I have no idea what your diet is...
Workout Days
Cardio from 5:50 AM to 6:30 AM
7 am meal 1-Piece of Chicken with Bowl of Oats with 2 Tablespoons of Natty PB-32 Gram protein, 10 gram fat
9:30- meal 2- Protein Shake-30 gram protein
12:00-meal 3- Can Of Tuna, with Protein Shake
2:30- meal 4- Piece of Chicken with 2 Tablespoons of Natty PB-26 gram protein , 10 gram fat
3:30- WORKOUT
4:15- Shake -30 gram protein
5:45- Can of Tuna, piece of chicken , and bowl of oats-34 gram protein
Non-Workout:
meal 5:same protein, less carbs
meal 6: protein shake, 2 tablespoons of natty pb on a piece of wheat bread

Well, I just made this diet and I want to have it critiqued.. Sorry about my noob questions, I am just getting stoked for this.
