    Please critique my diet

    Stats: 5'10, 24, 225lbs and no AAS for the past 5 months.
    Goal is to lose bodyfat, using Test, Tren, Slin, HGH, and T-3.
    Ive been on hgh for 16 wks, and on T-3 for 2 weeks. Just completed a dnp cycle and will beging week 1.

    wks1-15 test, tren, tbol. 6-7iu hgh 5/2, and 10iu slin postworkout.


    TOTAL CALORIES – 2700

    CALORIES BREAK DOWN – 50/25/25

    50% PROTEIN = 1350CAL = 337.50G – 350G (52%)
    25% CARBS = 675CAL = 168.75G – 150G (22%)
    25% FAT = 675CAL = 75G – 75G (25%)


    Meal #1 Protein/Fats
    Meal #2 Carbs/Protein
    Meal #3 PW Carbs/Protein
    Meal #4 PPW Carbs/Protein
    Meal #5 Protein/Fats
    Meal #6 Protein/Fats


    - Inject 3iu hgh and hit 30min Cardio
    1. 2 scoops pro complex, 2 tblsp. flax. = 55g protein, 28g fats.
    2. 1 cup rice, 8oz chicken breast. = 52g protein, 51g carbs
    - Inject 3iu hgh before 60min Weight Training
    - 10iu humalog
    3. Shake with 60g carbs, 75g protein isolate. = 75g protein, 60g carbs.
    4. 1 cup rice, 8oz chicken breast. = 52g protein, 51g carbs
    5. 2 cans of tuna, 226g of avocado. = 60g protein, (avocado also has 20g carbs but mostly in the form of fiber, used as a fat source), 20g fats
    6. 6oz lean ground beef, 4 egg whites, 2 tblsp. flax. = 46.5g protein, 28 g fat.
