tub of dry curd cottage cheese, sf jello, 10-15 almonds/peanuts, half a protein bar

    12:30
6oz yam, 6 oz beef, huge salad, sf jello, half a protein bar

    4:45
    TRAIN w/ shake

    6:30
    1/2 cup oats
    1 scoop whey

I would suggest going for your maintanence calorie level.

For example, if you are 6'1" 175lbs and 45 years old, moderately active, your maintenance calorie intake would be apprximately 2100 cals per day.

Aim for about that to start, then go from there.

thats without the daily activity, it is probably more around 2800-3000 when physical activity is factored in..

Yes, note the moderately active - this would include sitting in a rocking chair, doing the dishes, or cleaning your car.

Up your cals along with your activity levels of course.

    Yeah

20 minutes is not short if he's sprinting - most sprinting routines I've read about only last 12-15 minutes. If your lungs aren't blown out and your heart isn't racing after that much sprinting, you're a machine.

    You are bulking?

    Then NO.

You aren't taking in enough cals.

Do some reading in the stickies, they should answer almost all your questions.
