    cortisol reducers

I recenltly started a new job that has a tremendous amount of stress and long hours. I am only able to squeeze in about 20min of training a day. I alternate everyday between the eliptical and a fullbody workout everyday.

Would it benefit my health at all using a cortisol reducer with 7-alpha-hydroxy-dehydroepiandrosterone in it? The one i had in mind is Lean Xtreme by designer supplements unless somebody knows of a better one.

L-tyrosine has been shown to improve mental acuity when under stressful conditions. IMO cortisol reducers are a scam and don't reduce fat (look for clinical trials, find any? i can't) if that's what you are looking for, look elsewhere.

what's your diet like? I find stress affects me a lot more when i eat poorly.
5-htp is a seratonin precursor, it may help reduce stress, run a search on it. This should be in the supplement section.
