Quick Help
Hey I was doing a pre spring break diet, and I have been seeing results but Is this too little Calories,and if so what should I do...Also 30-45mins cardio, and lifting heavy 6-10reps...
1. Meal 1: 2cups egg whites, 1/2 bowl oats
2. Meal 2: 1 chicken breast bonless skinless, 2 pieces of Whole wheat bread
3. Meal 3: 1/12 cup egg whites, 1 big ass scoop natty Penut butter
4. 8oz orange roughy fish...
Before this week Meal 2 had another 1/2 cup oatmeal(should I put this back in)
I started this diet at 190- and am around 180lbs...6 week diet ends on the 17th of march

Where are the EFA's? and why are you posting a cutting diet that is going to last roughly 2 weeks? if you want to lose weight that fast, eat at your maintanence calorie level and do cardio twice a day or something drastic. diet won't showbig results that fast.

Uhh the diet is lasting 6 weeks I started it on feb 1st....Also I take EFA's or fish oil 1,000mg each meal, also penut butter with meal 3
