What do you guys have as snacks (for cutting diets) ?

I eat light meals every 3-4 hours, though i do have a relaxed diet (i.e. if i go out for dinner, i won't pester the waitress's)

Anyways, i often have regular bland oatmeal (1/2 cup oat + 1 cup water + 2 min micro).

anybody develope any other tricks through the years?

usually have like some sort of veggie with some sunflower seeds. i let the veggies get really heavy so they will tend to fill me up a lil more.

    Try it out

I usually put the Cinnamon on my Oatmeal but I forgot and threw it in the shake. I will try it with my Vanilla and Chochlate too.

I could def use some ideas here too..I usually have some kind of veggie ready to eat like brocolli, celery, Green beans, but it really doesn't do the trick. I'll maybe take a few bites of some cottage cheese or chicken. Nothing has been working lately though, I wanna eat everything and end up grabbing handfuls of my roommates fruity pebbles. (Damn temptations)

I'm not really one for snacks. I have 6 meals a day, but those meals are enough to keep me satisfied for a few hours. Try fillers such as veggies (try steaming them with some garlic and salt and vineger ... mm) or some salad, thats always a filler!
