Sweat Taste & What It Means?

Well, I had no idea where to put this, but i'm guess maybe this has to do with diet a little, so i'm gonna put it here and ask my question here...

What does it mean when your sweat tastes REALLY salty??? I'm guessing this actually does fluctuate right? I mean, if your sweat is VERY salty, it's not always like that. Cause I know sometimes my sweat isn't that salty, but today, i was moving around quite a bit at work, and i was sweating, and i took a taste and it was like someone placed a tablespoon of salt in my mouth. But...it's not always like this.

So what does that mean? Is it diet related? Not enough water in me?

Drink a lot of water and as long as you feel alright, I wouldn't worry....JMO though....

Alright, thnx boyz. Like you mentioned, it's not that big of a deal, as long as my workouts don't suffer, and as long as I don't feel sick or anything, then I guess i'm fine.

I will try and drink even more water then I already do! Which is about 2 litres during the workout (which is about 1 hour long).

I will also look into the mineral/vitamin supps.

    Thnx

Im just gonna step up to the plate and take a swing but my guess would be not enough water. Because the more water you have in dilutes your body in a sense.

    peace
p.s. I dunno if I struck out or hit the upper deck

Well it is quite a possibility, and it does make sense. Maybe I didn't realize it, and maybe I hadn't drank enough water on that specific day, but usually during the workouts, I do drink enough, between 1-2 litres or so.
