    What's a good source of Dextros for PWO shake?

    i just use this stuff called "carbo complex" it has 30g carbs per scoop, does the job

    I picked up some maltodextrin under the name Power Carbs - 27g of carbs per scoop; I add 4 scoops to my PWO shake.
