I am a believer in mega veggies anytime .... raw or steamed !
Got to watch starches for obvious reasons ... and dressings if salads are the only way your eating your veggies ...
They are low calorie and mega vitamins and minerals .. The roughage has many other benefits as well..
but then would it be to much something like 6 or 8 cups of brocolli for lunch with a chicken breast?
dont worry about veggies, worry about not snacking

Dude eat up your dark green veggies, if you want to get full on brocolli & chicken...do it...
I have 1 bowl of broccoli or broccoli&cauliflower, that is a must 4 me and in some times I have a handful of broccoli for my 2nd pow.
can't live w/out broccoli or.. spinach@ worst case scenario![]()
At first glance i thought that said.. Vags while cutting.. and i was thinkin hell it doesn't matter if i'm on a cut cycle or bulk cycle i love vag... then i realized that i have once again proved i am the dumb one on AR me or anabolios we're pretty close
