Cutting Diet - Adding fiber & flax to protein shakes?

Have been following the cutting sticky since mid Jan, seeing some great results. Because of my schedule lately, I've been taking in more protein shakes because I'm stuck at work. Is it ok to add flaxseed oil and fiber (metamucil unflavored) to my shakes? It really thickens them up, and they seem to hold me for ~3hours till next meal.

    Daily breakdown: Sample workout day

8:30am - 9:30am: fasted cardio. Incline treadmill brisk walk, speed 4.0 incline 8.0. Burns around 600 cals, with a real light sweat.

    11am: first meal - pro/fat - 4 eggs, chicken breast
2pm: protein shake w/ 1 tblp metamucil fiber, 1 tblsp flaxseed oil
5pm: steak + brocolli, about 8-10oz steak, 2 cups brocc.
8pm: protein shake as above, fiber, flax
9:15-10:00 : lift weights - Waterbury's Big Boy Basics program.
10:15: PWO 40g whey, 80g carbs from dextrose
11:00pm : 1 chicken breast and 1/2 cup brown rice.

I know that may be too many shakes, so far Im seeing good results. For anyone not seeing the results they want, follow the dang sticky, it works!

Sometimes time does cramp us up. if your weightloss continues with the additions to the shake, then by all means keep it up...
