Hey everyone im on a small income right now i am at the gym twice a day morning and night prbally to much im not very knowledgable in the acronyms of the diet talk on here i know my Diet consist of this
Grilled chicken Gut into picecs in a salad for times a day im losing weight slowly what do i need to do ... is there ne thing thats realitivly cheap as far as foods ect.......![]()
