    My cutting diet

    Hello to all, they are a new member of this forum, excused my English but they are Italian. This is my diet that I follow by now from 4 weeks. I would want to have of your suggestions.

    breakfast: cereals 50g, 200ml latte, 30g whey, 1 multivitaminic

    snack: 200g apples, 150g fish

    lunch: 80g rice, 200g Chicken, salad, oil linen

    pre-training: 150 g apples, 20g peanuts

    post-training: 1 banana, 40g whey, 1 multivitaminic

    supper: 300g red meat, cauliflower, oil linen


    what of thoughts? opinions suggestions?

    Cereals are usualy crammed with sugar. Better to use oatmeal as breakfast. What exctly is in a latte btw??

    snack: 200g apples, 150g fish
    This meal works if the fish is lean fish

    lunch: 80g rice, 200g Chicken, salad, oil linen
    Good meal if you are very moderate with the oil

    pre-training: 150 g apples, 20g peanuts
    Not good. Get rid of peanuts

    post-training: 1 banana, 40g whey, 1 multivitaminic
    Add some more carbs here. Some oats or milk or more fruits

    supper: 300g red meat, cauliflower, oil linen
    Make this your lunch instead and eat the lunch as supper.


    How many total kcal, total protein,carbs and fat are we talking about in this diet?? My quick calculation gives me only around 160grams of protein and 170g of carbs in this diet? Thats only 1300kcal. Im guessing your only eating around 1600kcal/day tops with this diet??

    You need more fat and more protein unless you are a short and light dude. What are your stats? height, weight ect?

    1,80 meters are high. They are to 22/23 % of fat person. Currently integral with T3 20 mcg to the day, 200mg of decade and 150 of winny to the week.

    can you calculate total ammount of kcal and protein, carbs and fat?

    How much do you weight??

    Don't mean to hijack, but Johan, I was watching one of Penn and Tellers Bullshit episodes and they were exploiting the hell our of Green Peace and how stupid the organization is. I really didn't have a clue that Green Peace was so awful. Anyway, great episode if you can catch it.

    Yup, I'd make it Skim Latte if anything. However nothing tougher than a BB'r walking into Starbucks ordering a Skim Latte.

    Lol, well he could get an Americano instead, (espresso and hot water=no carbs like with the milk), sounds a little more manly than a "skim latte".

    Im all about the Americano with a shot of s/f hazlenut. mmm

    5 cups of plain black coffee a day for me I think Im addicted....

    I survive on my BIG cup each morning before walking to uni.
    I need it to get out of bed lol, but after that Im good to go for a few hours

    Buy loose green tea and load it into a cup. You'll get a buzz not possible with coffee, especially if you eat some of it....gets stuck in your teeth though

    what does green tea taste like? I mean, the leaves. I like green tea but I've never chowed down on the leaves and twigs and stuff,

    Na it just tastes like a veyr light tea. Doesn't have a real strong taste.

    the leaves taste a little bitter but i still like to chew on em if they've been soakin long enough
