    Cold Cuts

Hey guys, just wanted to know if health meat cold cuts could be used as part of a mild cutting diet. Protein like turkey, chicken, buffalo chicken. I know they are high in sodium and cholesterol.

Lean cuts are fine. Don't worry about the sodium if your downing a lot of water throughout the day.

they aren't bad as a quick rescue now and then, if you are drinking enough water the sodium shouldn't be an issue. but as a major part of a cutting diet... i wouldn't advise it...

I use cold cuts in my cutting diets very frequently. Not the prepacked stuff, but i'll go buy a kilo of white meat turkey breast and use that when im feeling too lazy to cook up some other meats. Sodium isnt an issue if you're taking in lots of water.
