lets just pretend i didnt eat all weekend and my stomach hurts like hell now whether its full or empty. should i just tough it out and keep eating regular food or try to take multivitains with it or stay away from any extra vitamins alltogether?

i would eat reg. food, and take a multi, and by the way this question is weird...what the hell happened?
long story, just dont feel like going into it now
i didn't mean to pry, but i think eating will get you back on track soon...i hope![]()
Why does your stomach hurt? From not eating? Did it hurt to begin with and that is why you didn't eat? It's hard to give an answer when the reasons aren't defined. I equate it to pissing in the wind.

no it felt fine to begin with, just had some "family stuff" happen and i was pretty much awake as well as didnt eat for alomost 2 days. i feel rested enough, but i have been eating like a normal person and it hurts all the time. i think it should clear up but its never hurt this long before, plus my stress levels lately are probably not helping either. anyway thanks for your responses
this may sound stupid, but maybe look into deep breathing exercises? that could help since it is done in the abdominal region? i'm just trying to think of ideas here to help ya out bro...hope everything works out for the best for you too...
Hope you are able to get back on track.

sounds like it might be a ulcer or katharr brewingif it still hurts tomorrow get it checked out bro.
I'd be tempted to eat a small child if I hadn't eaten a meal in 2days. Better keep those lil bastards on a leash.
