BIRD FLUE: What to eat when it hits?

Worst case scenerio: Flue mutates and we cant eat chiken and eggs anymore. So basically its tuna(which is loaded with mercury) and lean beef (which is just a bit to high in fat for regular use, but i'll choose it over tuna) that we have as solid foods, and whey and casien.

My diet is like 80 percent chicken and eggs right now. This bird flue pisses me off. Its gonna be harder to do cutting phases without my chicken and eggwhites. I like those lowfat slow releasing proteins. I dont like using whey except post workout while cutting cuz it spikes insulin , and caisein taste like shiit plus has a low BV.

i think im gonna be livin on round steak pretty much.

    your thoughts?

i was under the impression that cooking the chicken and eggs would eliminate any bird flu bacteria.

maybe after you cook it, but its impossible to keep things 100% uncontaminated during the cooking process( removing it from package, handeling it etc,) Heck once you open the package breathing it in could possibly make you sick.
and even though its "just a flue" i heard it disinigrates the lungs or some shiit.

Seriously, lighten up. Things like this get blown out of proportion all the time. Worst case scenario, there are plenty of alternatives, may not be as convenient, but if it's worrying you as much as it seems, you'll be willing to go the extra mile to avoid bird flu.

it is projected to hit in 2052...you worried about that now too?

DYK: only roughly 15% of all shark attacks are shown by the media? so why even go near the water then if theer are that many?

DYK: the average male penis is....well, forget it i'm tired of scaring you...

Thoroughly cooking the meat kills the virus so what’s the big deal? The only way to get the flu is from handling a sick chicken and touching your eye/nose membranes or breathing in fecal particles from infected chickens. Don't sweat it

dont worry about it. Switch to tuna, lean beef and lean pork if it worries you. Some cuts of pork has only like 1% fat if you cut of the visible fat so its leaner than chicken.
