Stats? height weight bf % are you on gear or not, lots of things come into play when designing a diet

You need to now how many calories a day you need to maintain weight.
I am 6'0, 190lbs, 12%bf moderalty active and need around 3,100 kcal/day to maintain.
To cut you need to mnius between 500-1000kcals a day to lose 1-2lbs of fat a week any more than this is to aggressive and will lead to muscle loss. Hence for me a daily consumption of 2,400kcals would be good.
You need to eat 6 times a day to keep your metabolism high with 50g protein at each of these 6 meals 3 hours apart. Breakfast should be your biggest meal and before bed your smallest. For me a break down something like this:
1 (breakfast) = 600kcal
2: = 450kcal
3= 400kcal
4= 400kcal
5= 350kcal
6= 200kcal (just a protein shake, casein or blended not whey)
Do cardio on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Maybe use a ECA stack aswell.
