    Chicken!

    Wassup

I got a can of chicken breast...taste good and its cheap ( costco)... on the can it says 365g.... onthe nutrition chartit says " per 1/4 cup ( 55g) and then how much fats, bla bla but when it mentions protein it says 12g.

Now my question is does that mean that thereis 12g of protein in 55g of the can, meaning that the whole can has aprox. 79g of protein???? It sounds to good to be true?! if it is than 4 cans of these pupies a day and im covered...screw milkshakes?

Also for water requirement of 2 galons aday... tas 8 liters a day sounds alot to me.... but is it the same if i drink water diluted with like juice concetrate? (lemonade)

any input would be greatly appreciated!

The cans of chicken here in the U.S. that I buy contain 13 grams of protein per serving and have 5 servings, therefore 65 grams of protein per can.

365 grams of chicken should be around 75g protein since 100g of chicken is roughly 20g protein.
