go with the 4% cottage cheese. If you look at the side, calories aren't really that different, just more fat and less carbs (and more protein!)

where is the ground beef. A grocery list without ground beef is not a real grocery list.

I thought all ground beef was high in saturated fat bro? All the stuff over here seems to be anyway.

get the extra lean, you'll pay way more for it, but it's super lean. Or ground chuck is really lean too

I dont mind saturated fats. I buy the 10% fat ground beef and use it year round. No matter bulking or cutting.

The only fat I stay away from is transfatty acids.

Usualy in a bit of olive oil and then I add crushed tomatoes and soybeans or white beans in tomatoe sauce and spice the hell out of it.

Or I do burgers, I just mix with 2 whole eggs and half a onion for every kilogram(2,2ibs) of ground beef, make the patties and frie it in olive oil. Great pro/fat meal and it works with potatoes aswell(if you boil potatoes, let them cool down and reheat them the gi is very low).

Or just ground beef with tomatoe sauce and eat it with brownrice after chugging down alot of seeds and drinking ascorbic acid to lower gi.
