How long between PWO,PPWO and b4 bed meal
What is the minimum amount of the time that should pass between PWO, PPWO, and the b4 bed meal (which is cott.ch. and turkey breast)?
For example PWO, 30 min. later PPWO, 45 min. after that the cott.ch....
(btw I'm cutting)

In a perfect world it would be about 2 hours or so. But if you can't try to wait 45 min to an hour.

Nah, no post meal for me....except for cc and nuts before bed....I have oats, whey and a bar 2 hours PRE and that does me just fine....then 2 shakes post workout and I'm good to go. I figure that PW is overrated. Get your protein in, get your carbs in, get your fats in all PRE.....I have 4 solid meals before I train and 2 shakes after. I'm good.

I take may shake, then have a meal about 1 hour later. sometimes there just isn't enough time in the day but 1 hr should be fine IMO. I need to add a meal before bedtime but I can't. Shake about6 dinner about 7 7:30 and hit the sack at 8:30 9ish.
would that be too much?

I don't get into it that hard. I never measure. For the most part have a good metabolism and good genetics, I react well. I can't be too too crazy about it. I probably should
Easy for me. Cardio 3 times a week 45 minutes = abs
