hey guys, trying to get as much info as possible on my diet, im 20 on a cycle of deca and sust for the first time i know its a bit youy but bin training solid since for 3 yrs and martial arts bf that, some of the diets on here are huge. i weigh just over 12 stone (170lbs) 5,10 but im am really ripped and can bench 100kg for 8 reps, but really want to put on some bulk, just wondering if im eating enough, training bout 4 times a week if that helps
