    eating enough?

    hey guys, trying to get as much info as possible on my diet, im 20 on a cycle of deca and sust for the first time i know its a bit youy but bin training solid since for 3 yrs and martial arts bf that, some of the diets on here are huge. i weigh just over 12 stone (170lbs) 5,10 but im am really ripped and can bench 100kg for 8 reps, but really want to put on some bulk, just wondering if im eating enough, training bout 4 times a week if that helps

    morning 2eggs and toast
    protein shake

    train
    weight gain shake
    lunch chicken and pasta
    shake

    tea-tuna jacket
    shake before bed

    cool cheers thats a lot of food, gona have to nearly double wat i eat lol

    I would say that is definetly not enough if you are looking for bulk. I think I eat more when I am cutting ha. I am bigger then you though. Regardless, I think you need to be eating way more but the things you are eating looks good to me.
