Hows it goin everybody. I am a newbie to this site and for the past 2 weeks I have researched this site on dieting, lifting weights, as well as the steroid I am currently using (Winstrol- 1cc every other day). I am 5'11 236lb. where I work out hard every other day and 35min. of cardio (level 5) between days with Sundays off. My goal is to get to 200lbs. of lean muscle. I used the ex. within the cutting thread to give me a structure for my diet:
5 a.m. - water or apple juice w/ 2 tbls. of flax oil
9 a.m. - 1/2 c. of organic oatmeal w/ no sugar (95% of the time!)
noon - grilled chicken breast or a can of tuna fish maybe
with a very small bowl of lettuce
dinner- couple of bites on a piece of chicken
water intake is roughly anywhere from 8 to 10 12oz bottles of water at work. I am about to finish my cycle with winny (first time I ever cycled before) and have noticed some toneness to my body. But still have more work to do. In it for tha long haul!
