    need some critique plz!

    Hows it goin everybody. I am a newbie to this site and for the past 2 weeks I have researched this site on dieting, lifting weights, as well as the steroid I am currently using (Winstrol- 1cc every other day). I am 5'11 236lb. where I work out hard every other day and 35min. of cardio (level 5) between days with Sundays off. My goal is to get to 200lbs. of lean muscle. I used the ex. within the cutting thread to give me a structure for my diet:

    5 a.m. - water or apple juice w/ 2 tbls. of flax oil
    9 a.m. - 1/2 c. of organic oatmeal w/ no sugar (95% of the time!)
    noon - grilled chicken breast or a can of tuna fish maybe
    with a very small bowl of lettuce
    dinner- couple of bites on a piece of chicken

    water intake is roughly anywhere from 8 to 10 12oz bottles of water at work. I am about to finish my cycle with winny (first time I ever cycled before) and have noticed some toneness to my body. But still have more work to do. In it for tha long haul!

    too many problems for me to address LOL
    u need to run WIN ED drink it.. its only potent for 8hrs
    ur diet needs more proper protein u need to read the stickies...

    Are you weight training at all? You're not eating nearly enough!
    You want to make sure you have a lean protien at every meal, make sure eating frequently, (every 2-3 hours), ...it will be hard to build any muscle with hardly any protien...

    yeah, you're a little off base.
    increase cardio to 45 mins at 65-70 % max heart rate (220 - age *.65)

    I do weight train 4 or 5 days a week anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half. As far as protein goes I have 2 protein shakes within the day. With the dinner I have a chicken breast and some veggies (boiled broccali or carrots). I do need to eat more which is a mental thing that I am trying to overcome. Also, what is "ED" pertaining to Winny? I have seen threads where people suggested drinking the injectable as well as others disapproving.

    And thanks for the replys everyone. I know its probably agonizing hearing us newbies, but am glad to get some honest help.

    unless u want to inject ED i would drink it
    trust me its a 17aa.. its going to do juts fine
    and no point in using it EoD thats just silly

    thanks for tha reply taiboxa. will start tomorrow adding more protein. just found out my mom at her job was robbed at gunpoint. goin to tha bench to work out some aggression. take it easy guys
