    Need your help

What's up, guys. I plan on going on a bulking diet here pretty soon (AAS included), and I just have the hardest time eating enough food to get optimal gains. I read through all the bulking diet stickies, but I would not have time to make a lot of the example foods (it would be an inconvenience for my work and school hours). I've been researching a lot of different foods that would be easy to haul around with me, and that wouldn't take a tremendous time to eat. So far, the best I've found are: canned chicken breasts and canned tuna. I was wondering if you guys could think of anything better (as far as high in calories and protein). I'd appreciate it if someone could think of some and lay out a bulking diet for me.

Here's what times during the day I could eat a meal:

    7:00 am
10:00 am (short and sweet; easy to carry around)
    12:00 pm
3:00 pm (short and sweet; easy to carry around)
    6:00 pm
    8-9:00 pm (PWO)

Does anyone have any suggestions? Is it possible to get 5,000 calories into my daily schedule? ALL suggestions are welcome. Please help.

    Thanks a lot fellas,
    MS

you dont have time to cook all your meals 1 day a week and pre-pack them and use a cooler to store them?

i mean i work full time, am just about to finish my master's, own a home, and workout and still have time to prepare all my food. if your bulking you need to have beef and chicken. it's not that hard to cook it all at once and pack it up for the week.

easy to prepare foods? cook up 4 pounds of london broil, 4 pounds of chicken, 4 pounds of turkey burger all at once, weigh it all and pack it. those are quick to eat and easy to carry. you could also do all your vegetables at the same time in the microwave and prepack them too. you could use shakes with olive oil in them, have a jar of anpb on hand, hard boiled eggs, and thats all i got right now. good luck.

You must've not read through the lines quite well enough then. It's alright-no offense taken.
