    Gaining Weight Need Help!

    I am trying to gain weight any kind of weight just weight to look normal then ill go from there... im pretty cut im just too skinny.. soo i was wondering.. if i started CHOWING down hardboiled eggs(i like eggs) would that help me gain weight?.. like if i have like 15 hardboild eggs a day would that make a signifcant difference? or is it just a waste? because im always stuff in the situation where nothing sounds good and blah blah blah and i can only seem to push myself to eat soooo much and i figured it i have a bunch of hardboiled eggs ready to go that ill prolly chow those down like crazy!.. p.s just turned 18, im 6'2" and 145lbs.. if that makes a difference..

    oh sorry, uh im not really on a specifc diet.. i jsut eat.. i eat chicken and/or pasta for dinner every night and i eat about 3-6 cooked eggs a day, and some other things through out.. mainly im wonderin if hardboild eggs are a good source for significant protein or carbs or something that will help to gain weight..

    Thats your first problem. You have no daily regimine of what to eat or when to eat it or what porportions to eat , etc...

    If you want to gain waight. What kind of weight do you want togain? FAT, MUSCLE, WATER?

    muscle obviously but im pretty cut i just dont have an ounce of fat.. so honestly anything right now.. i just look tooo thin..

    well i eat... pretty much the same everyday.. i wake up about 6-6:30 and eat 3 eggs over-medium.. at bout 10:30 i sometimes eat a slice of pizza.. at 1 i eat either a massive plate of leftover pasta or about 5-6 scrambled eggs with chorizo.. shortly after.. about 3-4pm.. i either eat more pasta(leftovers) or ill make a BIG can of chili over the stove with a hand full of cheese thrown in.. at about 6 i'll have a snack, sometimes a sandwhich, yogart, powerbar, anythign i can find quick and easy possibly if there are any left i eat more leftovers.. then about 7-8.. dinner time.. massive plate of pasta or 2 chicken breast with rice and some asparagus (thats the usual.. some variation of that).. and then IF i find something.. about 20% of the time at about 9-10 pm i eat or look for something to eat.. and thats anything i can find.. possibly something i have named so far.

    You eat like shit to be honest. For one thing, jusging from your pictures, you are a typical ectomorph, but that can be conquered.

    You need a good solid game plan on what to eat daily. You are not eating enough food to be honest and what you are eating now is just shit food for the most part.

    What is your water intake like?
    What do you eat on off days form th gym?
    What do you eat during your training days?
    What do you eat or consume post work out?

    Yes, you are an Ectomorph.

    A few pointers/guidelines:

    *You stomach should never feel comfortable....stuff yourself and as soon as your stomach does not feel stuffed....eat again.
    *Obviously you should not be doing any cardio...and limit your workouts to 45 minutes a session and 4 sessions per week.
    *Look for foods that have many calories...I see you are eating alot of pasta, that is great...eat more pizza...these are the foods that you should be eating along with solid protein sources. If you were to eat clean foods all day you would never get enough calories.
    *Take some weight gain supplements or make up your own weight gainer shake...you could easily make great tasting, high nutrient/calorie shakes and have 2-3 of them a day.
    *How many calories are you eating every day? Find the average and add 500-1000 additional calories and you will gain weight.
    *Being an extreme ectomorph, you will have a hard time, but at least you will never be overweight. You will have to be very dedicated to eating as often as possible for a long time.

    1- eat 400g of carbs 300gof protein a day , and have one or more protein/fat"i.e . olive oil" a day !!

    2 - add dextrose to your pow !!

    go 2:1 ratio.

    example: 50 gram protein & 100g of carbs comes from dextrose!!

    My tiny advise is to carb up ..

    3 - if you will eat 7 meals a day , make sure you have 4 meals with protein and carbs, and those I guess should be solid food " tuna, chicken, turkey,egg whites...etc" and carb could be dextrose, rice, potato,oats...etc


    ~~~If i were 6"2 with 145lbs, I would go with 4000 cals a day @ least!!~~~

    try real food and then see what happens :> )
