Started my cut program on Monday and have been great but I just had a healthy night eating binge =/. I had a can of tuna a stallone pudding 3 pickles and a few jellos an hour earlier. My calorie consumption was low for the day, only 3 meals (was at the beach) and did my cardio on an empty stomach later in the day before my last meal. I just wanna know if what I did is going to completey massacre my weeks work.
