    Tell me I didnt screw up too bad..

    Started my cut program on Monday and have been great but I just had a healthy night eating binge =/. I had a can of tuna a stallone pudding 3 pickles and a few jellos an hour earlier. My calorie consumption was low for the day, only 3 meals (was at the beach) and did my cardio on an empty stomach later in the day before my last meal. I just wanna know if what I did is going to completey massacre my weeks work.

    if that is all I dont se any harm done whatsoever. Anyway a cheat a week isnt bad. Hell you should know my cheats

    I think you should be fine. In the long run, any negative effects you may experience would be negligable.

    Ha, thanks guys. Johan there is no way im going to cheat that badly. Anything short of abs May 5th is a dissapointment. I just feel bad that my 2 best friends are coming down to visit me here at Tampa and I wont be able to party hard with them. Ill just do what I did last thursday didnt need the alchol and had a great time. "Your so money man you don't even know it" ha Swingers. Also 2 energy drinks No fear - no sugar got me going throuigh the night.
