Same here, I am currently at 1900 cals a day cutting and I will start to bulk soon, should I gradually increase (probably) or just start taking in 5000 daily.
so should i do it 100 cals a day?
I think gradually increasing the cals would be more beneficial that just going from 2000 cals one day to 5000 the next. I bet you would store a lot of fat that way. Maybe try increasing 250 a week.
Problem is after you've been on 2000calories/day I doubt you'll be able to stomach 5000K if you don't work your way up to it.
Oh, I can eat 5000k anyday, probably not clean cals but still.
Clean calories are the only calories. Anyone can eat 5000K dirty calories, look around you. These fat asses do it everyday.
I can put down countless clean cals. Definitely a good idea to gradually increase. I kind of got too bulk happy and went from 1800 cals to over 5,500 and thats why I gained about 12lbs in 5 days (mostly water obviously) but some was also fat and it continued for about another week.
