Im gonna go with 15 almonds and nuts, a thick casein shake in egg whites and skim, and a myoplex carb sense bar.
1 tbsp anpb, 4 egg whites omlette with onions, peppers and a can of tuna
I need to have a thick shake....just hits the spot.....maybe I'll go the cottage cheese route with a bunch of nuts and some hot choclate made with skim, cocoa and whey?
