I eat a cup of cottage cheese and some Natty Peanut Butter w/ 2 cups of Water & Metamucil...

i make an eggwhilte omelate with 2 ounces of fatfree chedder and i ounce of real cheese. mmmmmm

Im gonna go with 15 almonds and nuts, a thick casein shake in egg whites and skim, and a myoplex carb sense bar.

I need to have a thick shake....just hits the spot.....maybe I'll go the cottage cheese route with a bunch of nuts and some hot choclate made with skim, cocoa and whey?

peanuts and almonds in their natty state, cant be beat....better than PB, but it is a preference.
