How many of you include nuts in one of your meals? What does that meal consist of? Thinking about almonds,walnuts and peanuts in some dry curd cottage cheese for a meal/snack and then again prebed (first is meal #2, 2nd is meal #6t.) thoughts?

I typically grab a handful of almonds between a meal or when I need something real quick...
STAPLE? To anyone's diet? What's a handful? 1 ounce? Almonds?
I eat about an ounce of Almonds everyday.

i grab a handful of almonds for meal 3 everyday... i weighed them for a while, but its so close to the same as a handful i just dig in and then bag em...
and prebed?

yes i weight them, acutally i weight everything exept my greens... and for pre bed
Cassein Shake + Almonds ( in a blender all together :P yumm )
Cottage cheese + almonds
but as novastep said 1 handful of almons its almost the same as 30g of almonds...

How about shelling peanuts? They taste better than almonds, as do walnuts...mmmm....just got to make not to go crazy. I eat them instead of anpb. What would you say, 15-20 peanuts = 1tb of pb?
So, about 30 nuts a day is a good amount or too little? Maybe 15 in meal #2 and 15 prebed? Equal to 2tb of ANPB?
I don't think it really matters when bulking IMO. if you just grab a handful of nuts (whatever your favorite is, i LOVE the taste of almonds personally) and eat them with a pro/fat meal you will be straight. but i think from what I can remember most guys are eating about 2-3 handfuls so your 30 if probably ok...
I know I like my prebed meal of about 15-20 nuts in casein and skim, all blended up, but not sure if I should include them in meal #2, or keep it to carb/protein.
