    Bananas

In general, are they a good thing to eat when cutting? Also, what about eating one with your PWO shake?

They are fairly high on the glycemic index so they will create a rise in you blood sugar levels. If your cutting only do this post workout; but definitly do it post workout, weather you use a banana, glucose, or gatorade.

you need to be aware of GL, not just GI bro....it would take a couple lbs of carrots to illicit a spike, therefore carrots are not something to fear.

Fructose isn't as bad as one would think. And on top of that Fruit contains small amounts of it, most fruit is primarily Glucose.

My only fruits are about 20-40 blueberries, strawberries, and rasberries in my am oats.

Postworkout, I stick to rice cakes and whey with a coop of celltech carb sense.
