    Lean Ground Round

    is there anny difference between lean ground round and lean ground beef and does anyone know the ratio of cal,pro,carb,fat,per once.thanks.

    They are supposed to be the same thing... Round steak ground up ... Your best bet is getting to know your butcher... and have him make 4 u ... and round steak is the leanest...


    Butcher's are people too... talk to him/her .. they understand !
