Ok guys
I'm redoing my cutting diet/transformation. I currently am weighing in around 193, 6 foot tall, i'm GUESSING around 20% bf, 18 years old.
I have a question. Using the Harris Benedict Formula, i need to have 262.5g pro, 82g fat and 78g carbs.
my pwo shake is 60g carbs - how the hell do i fit in 1/2 cup of oats pre and post post workout without going over my limits? that woudl end up being 114g carbs vs what i want it to be, 78g.
help please. thanks
