    Thoughts on this diet?

    0800- PWO shake (2 scoops GNC protein {cheap}, 3 egg whites, 1 banana, 1 cup oatmeal, and 1 tsp flax seed oil)-------Easily drinken in the car on the way to work.
    Can tuna

    1000- Canned chicken (60 grams protein)
    Potato, yam, sweet potato.....pick one.


    1200- Whole or half chicken breast
    UNBLEACHED rice, or pasta, or potato.
    1tbls BBQ sauce.
    GREEN vegetable


    1400- Can tuna
    Sandwich
    ISO-Pure protien shake (50grams per serving) Also Very good on carbs so less fat

    1600- Weight gainer shake.

    1800- Lean steak, chicken breast, or something of the like. Venison is VERY lean and personally id go with that.
    Green vegetable
    fruit

    2000- ISO-Pure protein shake


    Now how does that look?

    BTW this is the diet i want to use for my next test E cycle. Good, bad, ok, needs more?

    well i would definately eat something before my workout in the morning...what are your stats? do you purposely combine macros in that PWO shake?...just curious. i see very little fat, and i would add some in there maybe make your last two meals pro/fat... you could use cottage cheese, natty peanut butter, flax/fish oils...personally i use oats as my carbs source... but i would say you may want to add more whole foods instead of all those shakes (unless they are for convenience), and just a guess but with you using it for a cycle i would guess that isn't enough food for you...just some basic critiques...

    thats what i thought. the shakes are for conveniance. i work quite often so getting a meal in is next to impossible. im gonn aup my fats, and add some more food into this, cus it really doesnt seem like a lot. i basically just wanted my protein and carbs up. the calorie portion i know ill have to work on. this is just an outline of some basics. i workout at round 4 PM every day cept for sats and suns. i will be eating more, just needed a little critique, thanx bro!

    i would do fat free cottage cheese preworkout morning since its got deceant sugars and perfect array of amino's to prevent catabolism.

    i guess its fine if ur macro's are on spot and ur getting everything u need.
