    carb timing question

I have always worked out with the cardio in the am and the weight training in the evening.

    the question:
I will be working out durning my lunch break because i have a job that i can eat when i want so i am a bit confused about carb timing.

i know i will be pounding down the carbs after my work out as always the typical pwo shake and later the full on lunch.

after i have made use of my anabolic window would i switch rite back to pro/fat meals or would i continue to go pro/fat with trace carbs up to 6 or 7pm?

    thanks,
    -Raged

Take your cabrs before and after your workout, the rest of the meals you can make Pro/Fat.

i feel super lethargic if i don't eat carbs, so go by how you feel, if you can stay energized doing pro/fat meals then it should be fine...

do you think that the carbs i have taken in durning my window would be burned up to quickly to last for muscle rebuilding and so forth through out the rest of the day?
Over i would still have my recommended amount per day
