I would like to break it.. anyone know of anything i can sub?

I have a high metabolism and consume a lot of calories but one day it might catch up to me.

I am 30 years old weight 123lb as of noon today and my body fat is about 13%.. possibly less. - Crazy genetics.. I know

i'm not sure of a substitute, but some chocolate whey might help, and you could always switch to dark chocolate...
personally, i would just try and make a game with your husband/boyfriend/close friends and make it a game of stopping a habit...competition works well for me...

by the way, you look terrific for being 30...

If you want the best tasting whey its gonna be Muscle Milk Chocolate. It helps my freaky cravings as well. I have tried alot of them and nothing rivals this product.

I find if Im craving chocolate, I'll spring the extra bucks and buy a really high quality dark chocolate ( I like dark), and I'll break off a tiny square, and have that with a strong black coffee. Just a tiny little bit, but because it's like gormet, it has so much flavour. So one bar will last me like 2 weeks. It works for me.

BTW, you look amazing for 30 years old, who eats 3 chocolate bars a day! wow

3 bars of choc and you look like that, wow. wish i had those genes!

you could gorge yourself on choc all day till you puke. That might curb the craving for a while.

since you burn them calories good muscle milk wont hurt you. but im sure you want something thats more like a chocolate bar and not a drink. i know they have sugar free chocolate syrup. im not sure how many carbs or calories it has but im sure its not a whol lot for a tablespoon or 2. try maybe taking a bit of peanut butter and drizzling some of the syrup over it. or maybe you can come up with your own recipe and then cover it with the syrup and pop it in the freezer to harden it up. just some ideas.

just as he says, this will help just chugged one down myself, at work tired and felt like a chocolate bar, so pulled my reserve muscle milk out. They just got this new flavor it is mint chocolate milk. It is to die for, and it tastes just like chocolate. The pre mixed ones are even more thick, whenever i crave anything which is about once or twice a week i drink muscle milk, try it seriously. The fat content is way better then a chocolate bar, even if you had three shakes a day

Sugar free chocolate pudding. Maybe even try freezing it in those popsicle trays on a stick for a nice snack.

Sugar-Free Jello Pudding, I swear! I love chocolate and this is the only thing which satiates a craving. That, or like Cardio K. said, a square of 72% cocoa dark chocolate.

the only way to break an addiction is to minimize it ... you say you have three bars a day ... try scaling it down, like next week, just have two a day ...

the thing with "habits" is that your body craves it. so if you stop it all together, or try to replace it with something else, your body will know and your crave may grow deeper. ... try scaling down to 2 bars, then 1 bar a day/per week. ... (quitting smoking cold turkey is the hardest ... I would think the same relates to chocolate).

but never completely give up on it. treat your body to half a bar a day, or a bar every other day. ... in any case, you look great. those are some lucky chocolate bars

i discovered something today that will help you. russel stovers makes low carb chocolate. they com in packs of 2. they have probably a half dozen different ones. they are about the size of those foil covered mint patties. they have anywhere from 0.1 to 0.5 net carbs per 2 pack. i had the mint ones, pretty damn good.

I gathered it really wasn't chocolate that you crave but chocolate cover candy...

Your lucky to be as small as you are now with your diet being so off... This will catch up with you and your health...

Your probably not just stopping there either..

Just consider how much better you will feel and look if you got on a decent program..

    Good luck
