For a first attempt you are definitely on the right track my man. I like to go with the good ol' 2g pro/lb body mass. So you could up the protein a little bit and take one of the shakes out, I think 2 shakes a day is enough. You dont have any beef in there, so maybe take out a shake an add a steak or some type of lean beef. I would not have shakes for two meals in a row, which you have down. But i dont want to knock your diet too much it looks pretty good, you have all the basics down.
So all in all just try to bump the protein by even 10 extra grams per meal for now and see how it goes.

    1pm - 200gchicken breast, 75g basmatti rice

3.30pm - 130g tuna, 20ml udo oilnot sure what Udo oil is but any kind of fish/flax oil substitute is fine

    5.30PM - Pre workout - 60g oats, 30g whey

7pm - Post Workout - 50g whey proteini take it you aren't a dextrose man? maybe think about adding that in, it will help equal our your protein : carb ratio

    8:30pm - 200gchicken breast, 75g basmatti rice

11pm 300g cottage cheese, 15ml UDo Oil here you could eat more protein maybe go natural peanut butter to help keep food digesting into the night

definately have a good rough draft here, i just gave a few basic critiques in bold above, i like that you are eating a good amount of clean carbs which will help you with some serious gains... good luck...
