    Gas

    I have horrendous gas now with my current diet, let me know what I should leave out, add etc. I have the worst possible case of protein farts you can imagine, help me to stop clearing rooms.

    Meal 1
    6 egg whites, 3/4 cup oatmeal, banana, OJ

    Meal 2
    Turkey with whole wheat bread (2 slices)

    Meal 3
    Chicken with 1/2 cup brown rice

    Pre-workout
    1 cup oats

    PWO
    50g whey

    Meal 5
    Chicken, steak or pork
    1/2 cup rice or baked potatoe

    Meal 6 (before bed)
    50g whey with 8 oz skim milk

    maybe substitue cottage cheese, and natural peanut butter in for that last meal...

    sadly, eating clean is only nice on the way in...

    seriously I stopped eating eggs because I couldnt take the taste anymore and my gas is gone...at least totally socially compliant...

    your diet isn't even that complex. I'm taking in close to 6kcal a day (on a good day), and you should smell mine!

    eggs always give me gas. And so do shakes.

    It's worth it in the end, right

    So the answers I am getting are that there is no way around it?

    Damn, I literally have constant gas, and crap between 2-4 times a day.
