look through the stickies at the top of the page. read the bulking and cutting principles. then ask any questions you may have. you might find all the answers you need in the threads above without needing any other assistance.

After done reading and understanding the bulking stickie on the diet forum post up a sample of a days diet so we can see where you stand. Don't lie or put down something you really didn't eat, make it as accurate as possible as it will only hurt you by doing so.
Ex:
9am - 6eggs + 1cup oatmeal
12pm - 6oz steak + 2cups brown rice
1pm - Crispy cream + mocha frapachino lol
etc etc-B D

Can you break it down how I showed in the example. that gives me a headache.
And no 5weight gainer shakes is not the answer to putting on solid mass.-B D

meal 5 needs to be changed completely. the rest seems ok. you need the high calorie approach with enough protein and it seems you've got it. wait for more responses but right now it seems good. good luck with it.

where is your fat intake at? you can't build muscle based around strictly protein.

lol, no offense Tank but you are so lost I don't think I can steer you in the right direction off of a few posts. READ the diet stickies and try and learn about what a good diet consists of and why it is so important. I cannot help you in this thread, you have too much to learn and need to be willing to research it to get a general basis of why you need to eat what.
