I can't do too much within the next 4 weeks because of my hectic school schedule, but after that i'm bulking. sometimes im on campus up to 9 hours depending on the day, but this is what i currently average
8 am meal 1: 1 cup of plain oatmeal, one bagel w/light margarine, 16 oz coffee with cream, 16 oz skim milk, protein shake
12 pm meal 2: pwo shake
12:30 pm meal 3: 2 large cans of tuna, one apple, 16 oz skim milk
5 pm meal 4: (this one varies, but most of the time i do: ) two large chicken breasts foreman style, large can of green beans, apple or pear, 16 oz skim milk (Alternate chicken with steak, pork chops, fish, etc)
9 pm meal 5: 2 lean ham or turkey sandwiches, sometimes a bowl of oatmeal instead
12 am meal 6: protein shake before bed
Days where i have extra time in the morning to cook i substitute 8 egg whites for the bagel in meal 1.
the times differ day to day being i dont have the same schedule, but this is what it looks like MOST days
I drink ~ 1.5 gallons of water a day, and usually 16-32 oz of some type of juice at some point (cranberry, grapefruit, apple, etc)
