A little help with first shake!

Hey guys!! Well I have been taking a whey protien shake everymorning and have been adding the following "most" of the time. The only time I have not added all of this is when I just run out of it!! Can someone tell me if all this stuff is good for the first meal? I dont really have time to cook in the morning so making a good shake is the way to go for me!

    in mixer add
    water
    ice
    2 scoops whey
    1/2 bananna
    tbs. natty pb
    tsb. honey

I used to add my oats until I ran out! I know im just lazy! ha!

Now Ive herd to only have the bananna after workout cause it turns into sugar, I dont know Im just tryin to figure out all this stuff!!

Whether it's good or not would depend on the goals you have, your complete meal plan approach, etc.

Yea my bad I forgot to mention that I was on a cutting diet! Its all been working great so far Im just trying to make it better!

I try and have some tuna between first meal and lunch then usually a chicken salad at lunch then either some kind of lean protein or some natty pb between lunch and workout, pwo protein and usually a bananna, then some kind of lean protein with some brown rice or some kind of greens, and a tbs. of natty pb before bed.

Its hard tryin to figure out what all foods have the good and bad in them!!

If you are cutting, there are a myriad of better choices for sure.

I'd check the "how to cut" sample approach atop the page and try to adopt some of those principles in order to help you.

You can then present your final outline here for critique by all members.

Ok I am 26 weigh around 207, 6’2”, and from reading other people’s posts and seeing pictures would have to say I’m around 13% (I have to get it checked). This is what I came up with for my diet. It is a cutting diet! My goals for right now are to not necessarily get ripped up, but more get really tone and firm! My one main question that I have ran into is that I only have time to hit the gym once in the day with all I have going on. Is it a major problem that I am doing my cardio after my workout? And if not then is it ok to wait until after the cardio to take my pwo nutrition. Cause I know its more than 15 min. later. Here is my diet. The sample diet seemed to follow me the best, so I just added what I usually eat within it.

    Meal 1:
    egg whites, oat meal

    Meal 2:
    shake, chicken 2 tbsp flax

    Meal 3:
    chicken salad

    Workout

    Meal 4:
shake, banana (might need some more carbs here not sure)

    Meal 5:
veggies, chicken, brown rice (is sushi good here?)

    Meal 6:
Shake with Flax (would that natty pb hurt here?)
