    Question increase of appitite

    my stats are 18 yo 5'7 135 lb training for 4 months no gains, i need to improve my diet, but its hard for me to eat all of the required food. does anyone know of a supplament i could take to increase my appitie? thanks for the help.

    you can force down more food than you think, trust me. your body will get used to it.

    My first suggestion is dont quit school just yet.. and by trying to eat every 2 hours you will progress in enlarging each meal.. just make your meals small to start ...

    yep! it's just like everything else, your body will adapt... why not post your diet bro if you think it needs some work...

    dont know how well it works...as i have never had a problem with my appetite...but i think tribulus is supposed to help with that.

    ok, here is my diet on a training day....

    meal 1- bowl of oats (3/4 a cup dry) 2 cups of milk 2 eggs and cheese on 8 garin bagle

    meal 2- weight gain 2200+2 cups of milk

    meal 3- tuna on wheat or chicken brest (4 oz) and lettus with ranch

    PWO- weight gain 2200+2 cups of water

    meal 4- snack on rice cakes

    meal 5- pasta+meat+veggies (usually chicken or beef)

    meal 6- weight gain 2200+1 1/2 cups of water before bed

    meal 6-

    a non work out day is about the same, maybe just minus the shake after the work out. it seems not bad, i also through some teaspoons of peanut butter into the day. i havent worked out how many carbs, cals and pro's there are but i havent made any gain so i was going to try to up my diet... my appitie dosent really agree with it. Thanks for the posts tho.
