my stats are 18 yo 5'7 135 lb training for 4 months no gains, i need to improve my diet, but its hard for me to eat all of the required food. does anyone know of a supplament i could take to increase my appitie? thanks for the help.

What do you eat currently day in/day out on your training and non training days?

you can force down more food than you think, trust me. your body will get used to it.
My first suggestion is dont quit school just yet.. and by trying to eat every 2 hours you will progress in enlarging each meal.. just make your meals small to start ...Originally Posted by CatalysT

dont know how well it works...as i have never had a problem with my appetite...but i think tribulus is supposed to help with that.

a non work out day is about the same, maybe just minus the shake after the work out. it seems not bad, i also through some teaspoons of peanut butter into the day. i havent worked out how many carbs, cals and pro's there are but i havent made any gain so i was going to try to up my diet... my appitie dosent really agree with it.
