    is it the same thing??

    is rib meat from chicken the same thing as chicken breast meat?

    Rib meat is typically fatter than the other parts of the chicken breast.

    Rib meat is just a small portion of meat hanging off the side of the chicken breast. I don't think there has ever been studies to determine the nutritional content of rib meat alone.

    the chicken i bought says boneless skinless chicken breast with rib meat im just wondering it it has the same protein as just chicken breast.

    It only means the rib meat comes attached. It's not really of any concern. A plain jane chicken breast.
