that's a pretty huge mix of fats and carbs. depends on what kind of bulking you're doing. if you're dirty bulking then go for it, if you're following a fairly clean bulk i'd save it for a cheat meal.

after reading the discussion above it seems that a good answer would be...how well do you cut up? i know that cutting for me is painful yet quicker than it is for some. i can cut quick but that is with hardcore discipline. so if you don't mind cutting and if you don't mind getting a little dirty on your bulks, then yeah man why not. but if you are like me and you have a stupid psychological episode after eating a monster thickburger with curlies, then save it...for someone elseOriginally Posted by THE_DOME

Sticking to "just once in a while" is very important.
I find that once I okay junk "once in a while" that I find myself falling back on it way too often. Better for me personally just to stick to ONLY clean foods. That way I'm always prepared with a bag of food and not thinking in the back of my mind, "well, im in a hurry and could just grab something real quick"
Just a thought.
