Cottage cheese as main protein source ??
Can a daily diet consist of mainly cottage cheese for it's protein source. The reason i am asking is because i am on a tight budget and cottage cheese is fairly cheap. Would their be anything wrong in eating about ten tub's a day, apart from getting sick of it and maybe a high sodium level ?

Cottage cheese is a pro/fat meal. You don't want all your meals to be pro/fat. Believe it or not Whey Protein is cheaper than cottage cheese.

That fine. Not all cottage cheese has fat either, you can get 1% or fat free.

Seems like it would lack some essential amino acids found in meats, but I am not positive
