    Cheat early in Day?

Whats goin on everybody, I was just wonderin, wouldn't it be a bit smarter on your cheat day, to eat your cheat meal say in the mornin or like before noon? I mean for the people that dont do like an all out cheat day, instead just a cheat meal. Someon pry already done covered this topic, but just thought i'd get it off my mind.

Well even though i did say, "wouldnt it be better, " im not sayin i know i would be, i was just thinkin that it would give you the rest of the day to eat normally, and let the cheat meal burn up in your body throughout the day. I was just thinkin it and thought i'd ask.

doesnt make a big difference. Why most prefer in the evening is because its much nicer to sit down in the evening at a resturant and have a nice meal than it is in the morning.
