im 180lbs about 5 11 not sure what my bodyfat is but need to cut up alot this is my new diet please critque:
lipodrene then 30-45 min AMcardio
meal1 8AM: 4 egg whites scrambled in a little olive oil or boiled with 1/2 cup of oatmeal
meal2 10:30AM: one wholewheat bread with half chicken breast
meal3 1230PM: chicken salad with peppers mushroom spinach olives tomatoes carrots with lite italian
-lipodrene then workout
meal4 5:30PM: ALA 100mg pill then PWO shake made with 1/2 cup of oatmeal
meal5 6PM:lean protein, veggies, wholewheat pasta or brown rice
meal6 9PM: regular protein shake (with pb and sugar free jam on wholewheat? what do you think)
i was wondering how i should intribute my flax oil pills i have that are 1200mgs and where else i should use the ALA pill, also ive been thinking of adding another meal like meal 2 before my workout because ive been feeling very weak lately with these new diet. im also concerned about all the carbs im consuming? i think i wanna cut down on some and where do you think i can?.. all advices would be very appricated =P
