    my diet... what should i do different?

    im 180lbs about 5 11 not sure what my bodyfat is but need to cut up alot this is my new diet please critque:

    lipodrene then 30-45 min AMcardio
    meal1 8AM: 4 egg whites scrambled in a little olive oil or boiled with 1/2 cup of oatmeal

    meal2 10:30AM: one wholewheat bread with half chicken breast

    meal3 1230PM: chicken salad with peppers mushroom spinach olives tomatoes carrots with lite italian

    -lipodrene then workout

    meal4 5:30PM: ALA 100mg pill then PWO shake made with 1/2 cup of oatmeal

    meal5 6PM:lean protein, veggies, wholewheat pasta or brown rice

    meal6 9PM: regular protein shake (with pb and sugar free jam on wholewheat? what do you think)

    i was wondering how i should intribute my flax oil pills i have that are 1200mgs and where else i should use the ALA pill, also ive been thinking of adding another meal like meal 2 before my workout because ive been feeling very weak lately with these new diet. im also concerned about all the carbs im consuming? i think i wanna cut down on some and where do you think i can?.. all advices would be very appricated =P

    im also curious where can i eat some fats like pbandj ? before my workout?

    diet doesn't look too bad. if you're cutting, stay away from the pbandj (if it's a sandwich). you need more fat. i know you have the pills, just incorporate them into your pro/fat meals. take another look at the cutting sticky and go from there.

    for the ala should i also take one before breakfast cause i take just one in the day and thats before my PWO shake and how long before should i be taking the ALA before the meals?

    I would not take it before you PWO shake as you want to spike your insulin as fast as possible there to get the repair process going. ALA keeps the insulin spikes down. Before breakfast is fine.

    If your referring to the meal before you workout then I don't see a problem with that.

    no i mean the time between your pwo shake and the meal i have after my workout about half an hour after from the shakeshould i have one in between?

    Carbs look ok, protein intake is too low IMO and unsat fat is too low.

    Looks like you have time for another meal before workout, I'd take advantage of that time.

    ive changed meal 2 into a chicken or tuna salad wrap but the chicken and tuna salads are made with a good amount of mayo... people told me to get more fats is that good?

    Mayo isn't considered a good fat source last time I checked. Try guacomole, almonds, peanuts, walnuts, flaxoil, fishoil etc etc...
