    Time to Cut.... Help

I'm 6'5, 251lbs, up 16 pounds from a Superdrol cycle where I followed a clean bulk. I've maintained all of my weight through proper PCT and diet, and am now ready to cut up for the next 6-8 weeks before bulking again for the summer. Please give me some feedback as this cutter is almost exactly the same as the clean bulk I ran, just 500 cals under maintenance instead of 500 over. Thanks in advance

An estimated BF% would really help bro.

P.S. Also, 1 tbsp of flax has 15g of fat, not 10. So your fat intake is EXTREMELY high.

You need more carbs IMO...I think your metabolism would just shut down with so little carbs....also I would say use the carbs you are taking in PWO and PREWO and maybe PPWO or maybe at breakfast...which ever works for you....but definately PWO...so just adjust the the fat and carb intake to achieve the calories your after There are many ways to manipulate carbs...such as carb loading etc...

also try to take in a whole meal at the close of the day (6 & 7)..In my eyes youve basically done a good job...just needed alittle editing...hope all this makes sense

    I'm about 13%BF....

Actually, I checked my bottle and it's 11g. Is it still high...what should I add and where should I subtract?

You need some carbs in your PWO. Don't be afraid of dex. It's your friend.

Using dex during cutting freaks me out since I'm fairly carb sensitive. I know you should use a 2:1 ratio of dex to protein, but that would be almost 500cals in my PWO shake. Can I get away with 1:1?
