i am a small 18 yo who is looking to gain weight i am currently 5,7 135 lbs (my wrists are as thick as a glof ball... this has to change!) ha ha
meal 1- 3/4 cups of oats
meal 2- weight gain 2200+2 cups of milk
meal 3- Tuna?Chicken Brest on 8 grain or wheat
meal 4- (PWO) weight gain 2200+2 cups of water
meal 5- snack on rice cakes
meal 6- wheat pasta+meat (red or chicken)+veggies
meal 7- two tsp of peanut butter, Tuna or someother snack.
meal 8- weight gain 2200+ 1 cups of water before bed
please advice me on this diet i am trying what ever it takes to gain weight Thanks guys...
