    Shopping list

If you were to put together an essential shopping list from the grocery store of food items for lean mass gains...what would be on it?

Here's what I was thinking because i need to adjust my diet

    Tuna
    Flaxseed oil
    Oatmeal
    Bananas
    Chicken breast
    Egg's
    Steak for broiling
    yogurt (plain)

Anything else? i want to perhaps get a good list and start reguylarly buying these items...any input appreciated!!

I would also include turkey, brown rice, whole wheat pasta, natty peanut butter, mayo, green beans, brocolli and almonds.
