I like whoppers, 2 for $3. Tons of protein, carbs, and unfortunately fat though. I get em plain with cheese. Thats like 1500 calories right there!
yeah but 1000 cals is total fat...Originally Posted by Steve80

Honestly KFC fried chicken is not bad, as long as you do not eat any of the skin...
doesn't all the oil they cook it in seep into the chicken. not sure, but i think soOriginally Posted by spound

fast food for me...burger king/hardees...basically anywhere besides McDs...and always the cheapest item...rofl
I always go with chicken like the BBQ Chicken Sandwich from Carl's Jr. I think it's around 325 Calories with 3 grams of fat. The grilled chicken from wendy's has about the same numbers.
Oh my god...not again with the fast food....bulk like a man...you are not STUCK with fast food most likeley...pack your own food...alot better of ways you can spend those calories
BBQ CHICKEN SANDWICH IS THE BOMB....... I GET IT MINUS BBQ SAUSE. AND DOUBLE MEAT (CHICKEN). ITS GOOD AND FAT FREE!Originally Posted by DirtyDog7
I don't think so. I saw the nutritional info on it somewhere and the fat was pretty low without the skin...all protein. If so, jsut dry that bitch off LOLOriginally Posted by hulkzer

blackened chicken from backyard burgers, hands down the best tasting and alot of protien without alot of fat, no bread
There are many places in which to eat in the current age that support carb/pro and fat/protein meals.
It's actually never been easier.

got to agree with this. Packing food is easy and a shake is even easier.Originally Posted by mwolffey
