    Stuck At Fastfood.

    If your bulking and at times, all you have is fastfood or starve. Is it best to get like 2 grilled chicken sandwiches? I most def. wanan stay away from any fried foods.

    if you must have fast food...Wendys grilled chicken..is good...eat it plain..i just eat the chicken with no bread..

    arby's grilled chicken cordon blue only eat one of the peises of bread
    44g pro, 400 cal.

    I like whoppers, 2 for $3. Tons of protein, carbs, and unfortunately fat though. I get em plain with cheese. Thats like 1500 calories right there!

    Honestly KFC fried chicken is not bad, as long as you do not eat any of the skin...

    fast food for me...burger king/hardees...basically anywhere besides McDs...and always the cheapest item...rofl

    I always go with chicken like the BBQ Chicken Sandwich from Carl's Jr. I think it's around 325 Calories with 3 grams of fat. The grilled chicken from wendy's has about the same numbers.

    Oh my god...not again with the fast food....bulk like a man...you are not STUCK with fast food most likeley...pack your own food...alot better of ways you can spend those calories

    I don't think so. I saw the nutritional info on it somewhere and the fat was pretty low without the skin...all protein. If so, jsut dry that bitch off LOL

    blackened chicken from backyard burgers, hands down the best tasting and alot of protien without alot of fat, no bread

    got to agree with this. Packing food is easy and a shake is even easier.
