1:30 9 oz of chicken and a cup of brown rice
½ cup of cottage cheese
2 jello no sugar snack packs
3:30 tuna wrap again
6:30 6 oz chicken/salsa
2 jello packs
I would like a bit of help adding some more healthy foods as i am not getting even 2500 cals a day with my current set up.
About myself i am cutting after a long absence from the gym. I have had wrist troubles for about a year and at this point i am pushing on with cardio and light training.
currently 6,0 280 just about 30 bf. I know i need to add some flax oil and something to my dinner meal.
