Most univs are the same so at my school we have a little store beside the fast food places that sell beef jerkey/cheese and some other stuff that would be much better...all while using the DCB card...and our caf has a salad bar that has bananas and cottage cheese...so those are some options...

It's "ok" to eat anything, but that doesn't show much discipline. why not eat chicken+brown rice instead?

its usually after all the meals. I dont want to eat another meal because ive already taken in enough calories, sugar free jello on the other hand has very few calories so ive been eatin that.

So here's how the week went so far:

    - Thursday was when I took my first official measurements. Did an hour of Tae Bo for cardio (was dripping sweat all over the towel i had on the floor lol). Followed the diet very strictly and felt great all day. Classes were kind of a drag though.

    - Friday, I woke up and was feeling great. Ate my breakfast and went to the gym and tore up my chest. My titties are sore as hell now. I stole Nova's suggestion and started using Smarties to get my Dextrose for PWO. They give me something to look forward to after I workout and all I have is Optima Protein haha. Friday night sucked again... hosted another party at my apartment (usually a bi-weekly occurance). Had to explain why I wasnt drinking to everyone (sometimes two or three times depending on how blitzed they were).

    - Saturday sucked a$$. Woke up, had my breakfast. I'm out of eggs and half of my other groceries so I had to eat the closest thing I could find. Left with the lacrosse team and road up to VA for a lacrosse game at 3. Of course, we only stop at places like McDonalds so I just eat protein bars, peanuts, and beef jerkey that I brought along. Basically meals 2 through 5 were F'ed! Lost the game... plus reaggrevated my fractured heel... but atleast I scored 2 goals. AS SOON as we got back, went to the grocery store and bought enough eggs to last me for weeks lol.

So now its Sunday... Im about to do my morning cardio and then eat my first meal. Today looks to be a good day.

ONE MORE DAY til Weigh In #1!!

PLUS... Today is my BIRTHDAY! (Everyone wants to drink, but Im undecided right now)

Hopefully tomorow morning I'll have a little present waiting for me when I get on the scale (sub-180lbs hopefully!)

I may be wrong but I definitely think Im leaning out a little bit. My forearms seem a little more defined when I look in the mirror as does my stomach. But then again, this could all be mental. After all, Im not even one week in yet lol.

    Cant wait til tomorow!

    WEEK 1 WEIGH IN:

    Starting Weight: 182.6 lb
    Current Weight: 178.0 lb

    Goal: 165.0 lb
Need to Lose: 13.0 more pounds

Man... what a week! 4.6 lb loss in the first week. I know a good bit of that is water weight. I don't think any of it is muscle though seeing as I've been upping weights in the gym of recent. I can definitely tell that I'm leaning out in areas like my forearms, shoulders, and bi's. Will take a picture after classes this evening to compare!

    Thanks everyone!

    Im struggling guys.

Went home Friday for Easter weekend and completely screwed up my diet. I decided Friday would be my first cheat day. Well... Id forgotten how addictive sugar really is. Had a few peices with my 2 year old nephew and boom, ended up pigging out on jelly beans and smarties. That got me gloom, so I didnt give a hell when I was offered burgers.

Weight leaped from 178.0 to 184.6 over the course of 2 days but right now im back to 180.2. Unfortunately, Ive found myself craving sugar all day and Im unmotivated to lift or do cardio.

Someone give me some words of wisdom please.
